Awareness

CSR is far from a new business concept, however, it is not at present universally known and understood. In a recent Monster employee survey 84% of those questioned, when asked "What does your company do in the way of Corporate Social Responsibility?" either did not understand the concept of CSR or were unsure if their company ran an active CSR programme.

Since the release of our guide momentum and enthusiasm to get involved with our CSR programme has grown and we are receiving ever more details on charity events that are taking place and ideas about how we can grow our socially responsible culture.
